I am kind of bummed that this app has proved to be a lot more limiting than I had hoped. I need to be able to share the pins with a few of my colleagues, but you can only share them one at a time. That in and of itself makes it kind of a pain in the butt. But on top of that, every time I share a pin via text or email, if they click on the link, it takes them to the app store. And they already have the app. So I had them do the same thing and share one with me, and it did the same. So essentially you cant share with anybody. So its a great app for the ease of dropping a pin and the customization. But the whole reason I bought it so I could share locations with others. So it was a waste of four dollars. I guess I will be returning to google maps.

This app is so useful! I have a lot of travel apps but this is one of the very best. Accurate. Easy to use. Practical. I love it!!

I would like to give this app 5 stars. Ive been using it for a while now and I love it! The only sad thing is that the limit of the pins allowed on all your maps is 2500, which is already not enough for me. Otherwise its a great app!

I agree with what others are saying about this app it is easy to use and extremely simple. It is very accurate and the colored pins are very nice to have in order to organize a bit more. For this app to truly earn a 5 star rating it should be able to sync between devices... This seems like the first thing you would want it to do, this way you can have it on multiple devices. Now days even apple made the App Store family friendly. I would also absolutely love the ability to attach a photo to the pins. This would be excellent for the travelers to be able to attach a picture of the favorite places they have visited. After all isnt this app supposed to be made for people who travel? I would give a 5 star if not for these couple things. At this point it should be a free app since it really just lets you put colored pins in Apple maps.

I just moved to a new city so I dont know where anything is located. This app allows me to map out my favorite stores and businesses so I dont get lost. The colored pins help me designate different types of businesses so I can easily find what Im looking for. Seeing everything in one map allows me to streamline my trips to several locations. Thanks for making my move so easy!

Ive been looking for a way to map past and future trips. I wanted an overview, not directions. This does exactly that while also allowing me to catalog multiple journeys/maps. I am so glad I finally found this App!

For $3.99 it doesnt let you sync between devices or have a login feature? That seems so horrendously painful in case you dont want to start setting your phone from backed up data but a fresh install. Additionally not being able to share an entire map with friends/family is also a big downside. I understand iterative product development so maybe share is not that of an immediate ask but sync is needed right away. Other than that very well executed. Oh one more thing, predictive search..

Honestly this is best app if you have to follow routes for your job or just travel, its super easy to use & edit, makes life 10x easier when you dont know where you are going

Ive tried several "pin mapping" apps and this is the most streamlined and responsive one of them. The colored pins update was great, now the picture function makes it perfect.

Overall this is an awesome app and well worth the money. If you are a route driver with multiple stops, then this app is for you. The only thing I would like to see is colored pins, so I can set certain ones to different colors. Update: newest update has made this app a must have. The addition to color pins had set this to a new level of awesome! Thank you New update 5/9/15: Ive been using this app for sometime and it gets better and better. It could use the ability to share locations with others, but I dont need another waze app where all they care about is the social aspect. Keep up the good work on the app. Update 8/22/15: This app keeps getting better. The ability to add a pic to each pin and now we can use Waze!?!? Insane !!! Only thing left is share function with other pinbox users.

I think this is a great utility for keeping "my places to visit” well organized. It is easy to use and such a simple but great idea!!! Now I can add notes to the places I want to visit, and when I park on the street, I can always find my car! And now photos! Fab app!

Please, iCloud syncing is desperately needed. Sometimes I restore the phone to factory setting without using its backup file (to get a clean reinstall); as a result, I lose all the pins. However, a iCloud syncing function will certainly help under this circumstance. All in all, this is my go-to travel app, thank you for making it so awesome.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but I wanted to give credit to these guys. I bought this app long time ago and use it for work to mark out stops. It’s easy to use, reliable, and gets updated with new features. When I first started using the app the pins didn’t have colors so I wrote developer and asked if they can add this feature with next update. I received reply the next day and was told that others asked for that feature as well and they will do their best to make it happen. Sure enough, with next update we received colors and other cool features. Thanks guys!

Easy to use - does almost everything I need. PLEASE add iCloud integration so I can share pins with other devices.

This is a perfectly produced app! It is powerful yet easy to use, its intuitive, making it easy to plan and map every point of interest in your destination. It is an essential app for traveling anywhere.

Very nice app

This app makes all the difference to me with regards to efficiency during my work day. I pin my customer locations so that when Im in an area I know exactly which ones are in the neighborhood, and it routes me from one to the other. Dividing my state into quadrant maps (N,E,S,W) provides ample space for hundreds of customer pins on each map. Paul Burd and the customer service team are awesome if you need assistance! Got this when I wanted to save a bunch of places on a map and the Maps app "favorties" feature wasnt cutting it, and I didnt want a bunch of social features in app like four square. This app does exactly what I need, fast and useful with no BS. Would be cool if I could save routes with this map too.

It is a great app but of course theres always ways to improve. I would have a way to import and export addresses to my contacts. It would also be cool to have a way to copy an address to a second map. Otherwise I love the capabilities and easiness of this app!! You can save the location where you are or have the option to search. It is perfect for me because I love around a lot and having colored pins helps me to keep organized! Im absolutely in love! Thanks for making this!!
